MOQ is 180 pairs per SKU
For standard yarn types like cotton, polyester, spandex, nylon, bamboo and their blends our MOQ is only 180 pairs per style, per colorway, per size. You can decide what yarn material you would like used on your socks for your brand. You can develop any style and silhouette ranging from invisible liner, no show socks, quarter, ankle socks, half crew, crew and knee high socks. materials can be a combination [blend] of any 3 materials listed above. Spandex [elastane] is always required for its elastic properties.
Multiple Material Options
Standard yarn types such as Nylon, Cotton, Spandex, Polyester and Bamboo has the same MOQ of 180 pairs per SKU. Special yarn types such as Merino Wool and Cashmere have higher MOQs about 3,000 pairs per color.
Choose A Logo Application method
Your Brand On Socks
After deciding on yarn materials, then indicate to us how your brand logo will be applied onto your custom knitted socks:
- jacquard [knit-in logo],
- embroidery,
- heat transfer label,
- woven label and/or
- digital printing.
If any of this is unfamiliar territory, we are always available to advise you on which direction to take based on your idea.
Size and position of your branding
Logo Placement On Socks
Indicate where your brand logo will be placed. The logo application method will also determine where the logo can be placed. With a knitted in logos, there are little to no limits except the heel and toe of the socks. You get multiple chances to revise the socks before production, so if one method is not working try another one. We are also available to give you examples and suggestions based on our experience.
Sample Development
Get 3 sample rounds before production
Every new style that goes into production must go through the sample development process. We charge a refundable US$200 per style for sample development. After your order and reference sample or tech pack is received, sample lead time is 2 weeks. If you do not have a tech pack or drawing, provide us with a reference image from online or an actual physical sock. The refundable sample development fee is for our time and service of turning your idea into a product which includes 1 style, 2 sizes, 2 colorways and 2 revisions.

What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 180 pars per style, per colorway per size. This means every 180 pairs that you order for bulk production must be of the same style, size and colorway. Colorway means a combination of colors to make a set. This MOQ per SKU is low in the socks industry, and we do it to support new brands so that as they grow, our business grows along with you.
How about pricing?
We have a tiered pricing model. For standard yarns such as cotton, nylon, spandex, polyester and bamboo. The more you order the lower the price per pair. For ordering the MOQ the price per pair is estimated at US$3.00. We have complimentary packaging, shipping services. Contact us to learn more.
What is the production lead time?
After the pre-production samples are confirmed by you. You place your order and it will be ready to ship out in 6 to 8 weeks time.
What guarantees can you give?
You will get your product at a fair price with the highest quality materials on the market with quality assurance and inspection. We are not trying, the numbers don't lie. We are socks experts for more than 20 years making over a billion pairs of socks each year for global brands. As we speak we make socks for Bombas, Nike, Vans, crocs and Asics. We are one of the largest socks manufacturers in the world.
Do you handle shipping?
For samples you are responsible for shipping costs. If you do not have your own courier account [FedEx, DHL, UPS], we can use ours and charge you. For bulk production orders, we can arrange shipping for you delivered to your doorstep. If you order with us you get complimentary sea shipping [40 days] and you can request air shipping [7-12 days] for a fee.
What are your payment terms?
You can pay the sample development fee and shipping fee here directly and get your sample in 2 weeks. For bulk production, the terms are 30% deposit upon bulk order placement and 70% balance before exit factory date, that is before the order is shipped to your address. You can also apply for a 15 to 30 day credit based on your credit history.
